Link to Equipment listing: OMF Rentals General Rental Info: Payments and deposits are due upfront. All equipment is rented a la cart. Renters are expected to test and inspect all gear to ensure that is it in proper working order. Any malfunction or damage should be reported to staff before check out Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was rented. Items returned scratched, dented, or dirty are subject to repair or cleaning charges regardless of working condition. Failure of equipment to perform due to adverse conditions, improper set-up or improper usage does not release customer Equipment returned in an extremely cold or frozen state may be subject to additional charges. Where lamps are required, spares can be provided. Customers must return all lamps (including burned out lamps) or replacement cost will be added to the rental invoice. |

Rental periods: Hours of Operation are: Tuesday-Friday 2pm-9:30pm, Saturday 11am-6pm* Fees are based on a 24-hour day, Tuesday - Saturday. Weekends are Saturday - Tuesday. If picking up equipment on a weekend it will be considered a two-day rental unless equipment is picked up at the end of the day on Saturday (between 5-6pm) and returned at the beginning of the day on Tuesday (2-3pm). Multiple day rental discount - If you rent for 4 days or more you receive at 25% off total. *Rental pick-ups and returns will be considered for additional fee. |

Deposit: Renters are required to leave 50% of the total value of the equipment rented. Deposit can be left in one of two ways:
Late fee charges are incurred starting after the first hour after the return time and are charged at the rate of 10% of the total rental amount per hour. Maximum charge per day is the daily rental rate for all equipment. Additional rentals will not be allowed for renter with any outstanding balance. |
